Dr. Diane Hollie, DNP, MSN,RN Biography
Dr. Hollie has been a nurse over 22 years with a wide spectrum of nursing experience. She received her formal training in nursing from Kennedy King College, and went on to pursue her BSN at Olivet Nazarene University. She completed her Masters in Nursing specializing in Healthcare Education. Dr. Hollie completed her DNP at Capella University. She has well over 20 years of home health experience, and has opened several home health agencies for clients. She has the passion and drive for home healthcare, and education. Dr. Hollie has worked in Pediatrics, PICU, Mother-Baby, NICU, Bone Marrow Transplant, Med-Surg and Psych. Her passion and drive have always been in home health and nursing education.
Dr. Hollie’s experience in home healthcare and nursing education has given her the opportunity to work and have extensive knowledge and expertise in the following areas: Licensure and Accreditation Compliance, Plans of Correction for Medicare Termination Notices, Policy and Procedure Development, Deficiency Correction from Surveys, Due Diligence, Agency Review and Evaluation, Disaster Service and Preparedness, Mock Surveys, JCAHO, ACHC and CHAPS accreditation. Dr. Hollie has dedicated an extensive amount of time and man hours to ADR’s, Additional Development Request, and in home health care. Dr. Hollie has extensive training and background in Quality Assurance Program Development in the following areas:

2. Outcome Based Quality Improvement
3. Clinical Chart Reviews
4. Clinical Documentation Review
5. OASIS Training
In addition, Dr. Hollie has spent an extensive amount of time in the nursing education arena. Her passion and expertise involve helping those struggling to pass exiting and state board exams. Her success rate for helping students move on to their nursing profession has been unprecedented.
Dr. Hollie believes that education and training are pivotal parts of any success trail. In addition, her vast experience within the health care industry gives her the cutting edge needed for today’s healthcare demands.
